The pastel baby topper has been used for this card. The square card front has been covered with a pastel rainbow paper and a paper lace doilie from the papercraft section has been glued onto this. A square of sparkle velum has been layered onto the doilie and edged with a peel off border. The number three has been fixed using sticky pads and a rabbit and elephant image decoupaged onto this. Ribbons have been glued to the back of a balloon group from the topper and fixed to the card with sticky pads. The ribbons have been twisted and glued in place.
