Our jungle numbers topper and one of our kinetic cards has been used for this one. The fron panel has been covered with balloon backing paper and layered with sparkle spot velum. A colourful peel off border has been used to edge the layers. The number 6 has been glued in place and balloons with bright coloured ribbons have been fixed in place with sticky pads. A peel off border has been used to edge the centre panel and our cheeky animals have been cut out and added together with a peel off greeting. The border print has been cut out and glued to the back panel. Coloured border peel offs have been used around the edges of the card.
Tip. Colourful borders can be made by colouring your plain silver borders with pen markers. Use several colour on each border to give a rainbow effect.
