Our jungle numbers topper has been used for this card. A square of balloon backing paper has been added to the front of this card and a smaller square of sparkle spot velum has been layered over this. Colourful peel off borders have been used to outline the edges of both paper layers. The jungle border has been cut out and glued to the right fron of the card. The number four has been cut out and glued in place. Bright coloured ribbons have been glued to the back of a balloon group cut from the topper and fixed to the card with sticky pads. The ribbons have been twisted and glued in place and a bow added to the giraffe.
