Pretty birthday number card made using one of kinetic card blanks and the pastel numbers topper. The front panel has been covered with sparkle spot velum paper and edged with colourful peel off borders. The number has been glued to the panel and decoupaged with a teddy and clown image from the topper. A ribbon bow has been added and the tails twisted and glued. The inside panel has been decorated with ballons and a rabbit and elephant image. The third panel has been decorated with the printed border from the topper and a right hand corner image.
