Cut out the vintage lady shapes. Attach sticky pads to the first layer and press this in place on the background image. Thread a few beads onto sewing thread and place these around the neck of the final image. Stick the threads in place on the back of the image with glue or tape. Attach image in place with sticky pads. Stick the completed decoupaged image to the front of the card and decorate with border peel offs. Add a bow and twist the ends. Decorate the skirt with tiny black diamantes.
